Guide to order from Surugaya Japan
We'll now go over how to purchase goods from the Surugaya JP no matter where you are in the world.
Step 1: Access to Surugaya website
Click here to access the Surugaya JP website. To facilitate easier navigation of the website, we recommend using Google Chrome.
It enables you to use the "Translate" function to access the website in English. It is very helpful for people who do not know about Japanese language.
Step 2: Search for items
The search box under the Surugaya logo can help to find things exactly according to your keywords. We advise using Japanese terms while looking for things rather than their English counterparts. Japanese search terms will get more results.
Besides, you can choose the part you wish to look through by using one of the category choices.
In either scenario, you will be taken to a website that showcases every product that fits your needs. Simply peruse these pages and select the items that catch your eye, just like you would on the Amazon website.
Step 3: View the product page detail
After having chosen the items you want to buy from Suruga-ya, you will see its basic details on the results page.
Additional filter options and sort options, like displaying adult-only content, are also available on the sidebar. Clicking on the items is what you need to do to access its product page.
Step 4: Add items to the product request form on Japan Flow
Although Surugaya Japan does not support international shipment, customers can still buy goods thanks to Japan Flow.
Once you've found the items you want to buy, copy the product URL. Next, go to the Buy Request Form on Japan Flow and fill it out. You'll need to wait for approval from us, which can take up to 2 business days.
Once you receive approval, you can make your first payment, which will cover the item price and the service fee.
Step 5: Let us handle the purchase for you
We will purchase the customer’s products right after we receive the notice of successful payment for 1st charge from them. It usually takes 2-3 days to arrive at our warehouse. When the item arrives at our warehouse, we soon notify our customers and then they can create a packing request.
Within the next two days, we will package, add the shipping cost, and approve it. Then, you have to make payment for that. When we receive your payment notification, we will begin to ship your order. The shipping method that the buyer selected in advance will determine the shipping time.
Why you should shop with Surugaya?
You should use Suruga-ya for your shopping for the following four important reasons.
First of all, Suguraya provides goods at an incredibly reasonable price, and you will find many unique used goods here. Because the majority of these second-hand things are so new, you don't need to worry about their quality. Moreover, the item description makes it quite apparent.
The second one is that domestic shipping costs are likewise minimal. In particular, free domestic shipping is offered on orders valued at more than 1500 JPY. Domestic shipping costs 432 JPY for orders under 1000 JPY and 378 JPY for orders between 1000 JPY and 1500 JPY.
The next one is that they also pack their parcels rather carefully, thus it's doubtful that comparatively sensitive items like anime figures will be crushed on their way to our warehouse!
Last but not least, Surugaya frequently offers unique and fantastic deals that you won't find anywhere else! If you're looking for something special or hard to find, it can suddenly appear to be available on their website!
